It’s a subject of endless debate: from our cockpits, in the saloons, in clubhouses around the world, on the pontoons and of course during boat shows. We all ask ourselves the same question: what is the real price of the catamaran or trimaran of our dreams? Beyond the «standard» price, how much does a «ready to launch» multihull really cost? Multihulls World has carried out an investigation in an attempt to counter any preconceived ideas or fantastical expectations. We consulted eight manufacturers, sifted through as many multihulls, scrutinized 16 price lists and their options and analyzed more than 1,500 prices. All in a bid to understand exactly what’s going on and to help you make the right choice.
