The 37th edition of the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show lived up to expectations from May 21 to 24. With 300 exhibitors, 800 boats, 2,500 marine-related products, and no fewer than 50,000 visitors, the event has firmly established itself as Australia’s largest boat show.

Although the island-continent of Australia has only 26 million inhabitants - just 8% of the population of the United States - it nevertheless boasts a huge community of sailing enthusiasts and yacht builders are also well established. This context has been conducive to the holding of a major international boat show in Sydney since 1968.
