Drawn to the sea from an early age, the discreet Andrew Bishop is about to hand over the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers, which he has been managing since 2006. For the past 16 years, he has made a success of the transatlantic rally created by Jimmy Cornell in 1986, despite two years dominated by the Covid-19 crisis.
