“My most beautiful emotion was experienced ‘on the doorstep’, on the Greek island, Castellorizo - a little island where almost all of the inhabitants have emigrated, mainly to Australia. About 200 inhabitants remain here, except…at Easter! Because for this religious festival, which is particularly important for the Orthodox Greeks, the Australians return to their ‘home country’ for an exceptional celebration.”
