This time it’s Fountaine Pajot –already a new shareholder in the charter company Dream Yacht Charter – which is announcing its engagement to Dufour Yachts. The majority shareholding taken over by Fountaine Pajot in Dufour Yachts thus gives birth to the European n°2, with a turnover of 142 million euros and 1,100 employees.
The catamaran announced by Dufour at the last Paris Boat Show will be produced and delivered as planned…
